Welcome to BELLHAUS ABC Art School (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and use of our art programs, classes, exhibitions, and related services (“Services”). By enrolling your child or yourself in any of our programs or using our Services, you agree to the following Terms.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
1.1. Eligibility: Enrollment in BELLHAUS ABC Art School programs is open to children aged 5-12 and adults, depending on the specific course or workshop. Proof of age or eligibility may be required.
1.2. Enrollment Process: Enrollment is confirmed once the completed registration form and applicable fees have been received and processed.
1.3. Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline enrollment based on program capacity or suitability.
2. Program Fees and Payment
2.1. Fees: Program fees are listed on our website or provided upon inquiry. Fees may vary by program and duration.
2.2. Payment: Full or instalment payments must be made as per the program’s payment schedule. Payments can be made via bank transfer or deposit to the following account:

2.3. Non-Refundable Fees: Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. In the event of withdrawal, no refund or credit will be issued unless otherwise specified.
2.4. Late Payment: We reserve the right to cancel enrollment for non-payment and may charge late fees.
3. Cancellation and Withdrawal
3.1. By You: If you wish to withdraw, please notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the program to request a refund or credit, if applicable.
3.2. By Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor unavailability, force majeure). In such cases, we will provide a full refund or credit for rescheduled programs.
3.3. No Show: Failure to attend without notification does not entitle refunds.
4. Attendance and Conduct
4.1. Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged for successful completion. Please notify us in advance if your child/student will be absent.
4.2. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension without refund.
4.3. Health & Safety: Participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines. Parents/guardians should inform us of any medical conditions or allergies.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: Artwork created by students belongs to the student. However, BELLHAUS ABC Art School reserves the right to use images of artwork and student participation for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
5.2. Use of Materials: School-provided materials remain our property and should be used responsibly.
6. Photography and Media Release
6.1. As part of participation, photos or videos may be taken during classes, exhibitions, or events.
6.2. By enrolling, you consent to the use of these images for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes by BELLHAUS ABC Art School without compensation.
6.3. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing at the time of enrollment.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
7.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in art programs involves certain inherent risks (e.g., use of art tools/materials). You agree that participation is at your own risk.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: BELLHAUS ABC Art School and its staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
7.3. Property: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. We collect personal information to process enrollment and communicate with you.
8.2. Your information will be kept confidential and only used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.3. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.
9.2. Your continued enrollment or use of Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Namibia.
10.2. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
