Program Fees and Payment

Fees per Class (Monthly Payment for 2026)

Classes include ALL art materials, an apron, and snacks.
The program runs for 8 months in 2026, concluding on 15th December with our End of Year Exhibition and Celebration Party. The new semester starts in February 2027, featuring a new full-year program.

Note:

  • The standard schedule includes 4 classes per month on Mondays for Midi and 4 classes per month on Tuesdays for Maxi.
  • Saturday classes are reserved as make-up classes only in months that do not have 4 Mondays or 4 Tuesdays due to calendar variations (e.g., short months, public holidays, or school closures).
  • Saturday make-up classes are included at no additional cost and are scheduled only when required to complete the full 4 classes per month.


Fee Calculation Details:

  • Midi Class: 4 Monday classes × N$300/class = N$1,200 per month
  • Maxi Class: 4 Tuesday classes × N$360/class = N$1,440 per month


Reasons for this Fee Structure:

  • Most months have 4 Mondays and 4 Tuesdays, ensuring a consistent monthly schedule.
  • In months with fewer Mondays or Tuesdays, Saturday make-up classes ensure your child still receives a full 4-class experience.
  • This maintains quality and quantity of instruction while offering flexibility to handle calendar variations.
  • Fees are straightforward, based on 4 classes monthly, to allow smooth budgeting and consistent program delivery.

Payment Options

Monthly Payment:

Payment is due before the first class of each month.

A 30-day written notice is required if you wish to cancel enrollment or discontinue monthly payments.

Cancellation Policy

For monthly enrollments, a 30-day notice is required to cancel or pause enrollment.

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started.
